Poor communication, no answer to my message. Other Companies keep better communication and information with the client. The carrier (BRT) also does not communicate: one has to check their website multiple times. Again, other carriers are better.

Easy-Gliss is a good company, however the delivery company DPD they use is not up to par. 13 days to deliver a pair of skis!!! They need to change delivery companies quickly!!!
No problems with ordering and payment. However, the packaging was not great. The skis moved too much inside the package. The package seems to have been opened during transport to see the contents.
I am pleased with the skis but I have not skied with them yet. They were shipped quickly and well packaged. I understood that the skis would be set up and waxed. They were not set up or waxed. I thought the price was very good compared with other sites but discovered, too late, that I needed to pay Customs and Excise Duty on top of the price. The other companies had included it in their price.
Very good material, the advice by phone was very good. But it is very difficult to reach them and the promise of delivery within 48h ended up taking 7 days!!!
Delivery rather fast. Fragile skis, deteriorate quickly… Customer service does not compensate for significant damage for 4 days of skiing… Too bad

The skis were delivered with 85mm brakes while the ski is 87mm wide. So they rub the sides which is not ideal. I will have to have them replaced. Price was good though.
It took 14 days for the parcel to arrive and the webpage says 72 hours. I had planned a skiing trip and I almost didn't get them in time.
The items inside the package moved freely and crashed into each other causing one item to be damaged when received.

Very nice Rossignol hero ski, not yet tried. Order received after a few days of waiting because not presented by the DPD carrier who made me wait at home for nothing for two days in a row!!! Carrier needs to be changed!!!

I did not receive the correct bindings even though I paid 40€ more to get the M instead of the L provided with the board.
Problem with the item that was not delivered in its original packaging and the product manual was missing. Customer service was not very responsive, several follow-ups before getting a response.

Unfortunately, the store did not inform that my Scarpa are not ideally adjustable on the proposed binding. It is the seller's role to know the standards and not for us to do studies on binding standards...

Sledge received in a damaged box, incorrectly sized, with no protection... Fortunately intact! Sledge dirty with dirt... They credited me €10 to my loyalty account but I don't plan to order from them again...

I received my order with the box exploded. It’s not the carrier since the carton in which the box was, it was very good.
The item was broken in its intact packaging. I am waiting for its replacement by Vola after contacting Easy Gliss customer service.
Great advice for remote sales. The wear of the used shoe is excessive. We are on a product that I would not have bought. You are going a bit far on the viability of the used shoe.
Hello, there is a small misunderstanding, I ordered skis with Rossignol bindings and I received skis with Look bindings, please explain why?

The purchase and the correct shipment took too long, like 10 days. The ski boot in my size had no way to fit my foot but was perfect. I had to return it and therefore paid shipping costs of €9 and return costs of €18 and I have nothing. Too expensive

Hello, the skis arrived poorly adjusted for the binding spacing. Yet I had specified: the shoe size, the length in mm and the brand of the shoes... I am surprised that there is, I think, at least 1 cm to modify and moreover the 2 bindings are not at the same spacing (the other one is missing 1/2 cm). In short, it seems a bit hastily done because both should at least have the same adjustment. Having two left hands, I will have to go to a rental shop for the adjustment and especially feel uncomfortable arriving with new skis that I did not buy from him... moreover delivery 1 day after the date announced by the delivery person.
Item as described and pictured, well kept and good communication, the problem was the transport..... After 10 days of not knowing what happened to my skis, I decided to report the matter to the postal police and strangely after 1 and a half days, the skis arrived at home.......

Not practical to use with a smartphone as it only allows selecting 1 filter criterion, maybe a temporary bug??
