I did not receive the correct bindings even though I paid 40€ more to get the M instead of the L provided with the board.
Problem with the item that was not delivered in its original packaging and the product manual was missing. Customer service was not very responsive, several follow-ups before getting a response.

Hello, the skis arrived poorly adjusted for the binding spacing. Yet I had specified: the shoe size, the length in mm and the brand of the shoes... I am surprised that there is, I think, at least 1 cm to modify and moreover the 2 bindings are not at the same spacing (the other one is missing 1/2 cm). In short, it seems a bit hastily done because both should at least have the same adjustment. Having two left hands, I will have to go to a rental shop for the adjustment and especially feel uncomfortable arriving with new skis that I did not buy from him... moreover delivery 1 day after the date announced by the delivery person.

Having already been used, we take care of redoing the sole (complete maintenance) as well as checking the bindings.
However, it is normal for cosmetic defects on the top of the ski to be present.

My opinion is very good regarding the seller, Easy-Gliss, but the transport is a disaster. 3 weeks to get my package and 6 rabbits placed while I was waiting for them at home... in the end, the products arrived with the packages ripped open (so all products in disarray). Miraculously they seem to work...

The boots arrived full of mud, dust, and grass. Also, the inside was not 100% clean as mentioned in the description. The shipping was very fast, the packaging perfect

The boots have arrived and they are used. At no time on the website did I see that it said it was a second-hand product. And since there are shipping costs both for shipping and for returns, I had to keep them. To avoid losing more than 15 euros just in transport.
As indicated on the site, this is a second-hand product and this is also stated in the product title "Used ski boots". You must not have paid attention when placing your order. You can return the product if you wish.

Very good fast shipping, however I am very disappointed with the return service which is non-existent, return costs are 100% at the buyer's expense and no returns possible at relay points, so I had to return my item via Colissimo which cost me 4 times the shipping fees of the order. So be careful!!! Choose your item well because returns are not EASY...
