The 48-hour deadline was not met. Order placed on Saturday arrived on Thursday. Order was taken late. Had to call customer service.
I received my order very quickly. However, the skis delivered do not match those in the photo in the catalog! Disappointment and another negative point is that the delivery person left the skis in front of our door without notifying us, luckily there were no thieves!!!

I was lucky to receive the 2025 model (instead of the 2024 I ordered) for free, and I was notified by email of this change. Disappointing customer service and no assistance for international returns. Unlike most e-commerce sites, Easy Gliss offers no option to arrange a return and leaves the customer to fend for themselves. I had to pay €87.90 to return a product worth €298, which is totally excessive. Better management of returns would avoid this kind of unfair situation. I do not recommend this site.
