Lack of communication, deadlines not met, carrier commitment not respected
Disappointed. The second-hand skis purchased were sold dirty. I thought they would be at least checked, cleaned a minimum, I am not even sure they were waxed, it was a low price indeed but I am still disappointed... I will not try second-hand on this site again.
The photographs of the item do not reflect its actual state of use; on the contrary, they seem deliberately made to hide it. If it hadn't been for the fast delivery, I would have only given one star. Too bad because at first I was happy to have found a serious company.
They took fifteen days. I had to write twice to find out if there was any problem. Finally, they told me that the size of my boots in mm was missing. I had initially communicated that I wore a size 43. I was not asked to complete the information until I insisted several times if there was any problem. I went skiing with my old skis.
Already the 2nd purchase. Interesting prices, fast delivery, but this time the bindings were poorly installed (offset by a few mm), the brakes strongly rub against the skis. I almost returned them
The second-hand skis received look nothing like the photo. They arrived very damaged and the response we received is that they are second-hand and we will not take photos of all the skis... I feel deceived and SCAMMED!!!!
Unfortunately, the rust on the bindings was not included in the price...
It is about better rating the condition of the skis which was just correct and not in very good condition!
The skis you ordered are second-hand skis.
Having already been used, we take care of redoing the sole (complete maintenance) as well as checking the bindings.
However, it is normal for cosmetic defects on the top of the ski to be present.

My opinion is very good regarding the seller, Easy-Gliss, but the transport is a disaster. 3 weeks to get my package and 6 rabbits placed while I was waiting for them at home... in the end, the products arrived with the packages ripped open (so all products in disarray). Miraculously they seem to work...

The boots arrived full of mud, dust, and grass. Also, the inside was not 100% clean as mentioned in the description. The shipping was very fast, the packaging perfect

The boots have arrived and they are used. At no time on the website did I see that it said it was a second-hand product. And since there are shipping costs both for shipping and for returns, I had to keep them. To avoid losing more than 15 euros just in transport.
As indicated on the site, this is a second-hand product and this is also stated in the product title "Used ski boots". You must not have paid attention when placing your order. You can return the product if you wish.

Very good fast shipping, however I am very disappointed with the return service which is non-existent, return costs are 100% at the buyer's expense and no returns possible at relay points, so I had to return my item via Colissimo which cost me 4 times the shipping fees of the order. So be careful!!! Choose your item well because returns are not EASY...

The product and its price are excellent, but what can I say about the delivery follow-up and the delivery itself. Everything started well with a delivery information via SMS and email setting a date with a 3-hour time slot. You block this time slot and then nothing, not even a message informing you of a delay. In the evening, you receive an SMS asking you to schedule another date. This was done for the day after tomorrow to finally receive my pair of skis. Result: 6 hours of lost work for 1 pair of skis. Too bad, the site is nice but my first experience will remain the only one

The color of one of the sleds does not match the ordered color, red instead of orange.
The website has a very complete choice of equipment. The prices are very attractive. The shipment of the order is very fast with the ski adjustments. In short, all positive.........except for the preparation of the items. I received brand new skis.....but already scratched due to poor packaging preparation. The skis were placed against each other without protection between them. Result......the bright orange bindings scratched the top of the skis and the bright orange paint got embedded in the skis. This would be the only point for me to improve. PROVIDE MORE CARE IN THE PACKAGING OF ITEMS.
