Navigation on the site is clear, the communication after the order, the preparation and shipping information is ultra complete. The delivery time I wanted when I placed my order was about a week. The package arrived the next day by a friendly delivery person, who respected the announced time. The content completely corresponds to my order. I can only recommend this site
By far my best online ordering experience! The site is very well done but no more or less than any other e-commerce site. The difference is made once the order is validated (Sunday, February 25 at 1:41 PM). Immediately, I received a summary email, a payment email, and the next day an email indicating the preparation of my order (Monday 26 at 11:17 AM). On Monday at 4:51 PM, an email from the carrier DPD indicating the pickup of the package with no less than 5 options for modifying the shipment (delivery to a neighbor, to a relay point, on another date ...). 2 emails from Easy Gliss indicating that the package has been shipped and another indicating the carrier ... Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM: an email from DPD indicating that the package would be delivered between 9 AM and 12 PM. Package delivered on time at 10:30 AM. Unpacking the package and the skis are very well packaged, new and obviously conforming to the order. At this level of customer information, respect with a high-level carrier choice and speed of shipping and reception is really great. So it's just one order, one review among others but I recommend without any reservation purchasing from easy-gliss. Congratulations and thank you

Very fast delivery and impeccable assembly
Ordering the skis was easy and they are well packaged and installed. However, the delivery time was much longer than expected and the final cost was higher due to import costs. International import costs were not estimated or mentioned during the purchasing process. If this was mentioned, it was not clear to me. This makes me doubt that I will use Easy-Gliss again.

Poor communication, no answer to my message. Other Companies keep better communication and information with the client. The carrier (BRT) also does not communicate: one has to check their website multiple times. Again, other carriers are better.
