Good but the delivery service via DPD is deplorable ... 16 days to receive my package...
Good response in general. Did not provide the detaxation form despite many requests and proofs that other sites are delivering it, which is a rightful demand for a tourist visiting France
We informed you before your purchase that it was not possible to provide you with a tax refund form as indicated in our terms and conditions. Moreover, since the delivery was made in France, VAT is therefore applicable.

Very good responsiveness to prepare and ship the skis. However, I am unhappy with the false advertising about the free waxing of the skis that arrive just as they come out of the factory like with any other seller, but that does not mislead customers with false information. Appreciated split payment.

I bought junior skis from Easygliss, but the quality was low despite a higher price than elsewhere.. I am disappointed with the value for money, even though the sole was acceptable... I would prefer fairs and ski exchanges again

When I received the bag it was cheaper than the price I paid! You could have issued a credit or refunded the difference! This is not correct!

Fast shipping but the packaging leaves something to be desired. The package was just wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and was moving around in the box. Luckily it wasn't fragile....

The packaging was very average, as there was no protection for the helmet box which was simply placed in a much larger recycled cardboard box. Kudos to the carrier who was very delicate with this super fragile packaging!
The Easy-gliss policy is in favor of ecology and recycling, which is why we practice recovery as much as possible and reduce packaging layers within limits during shipments. A helmet being solid, also being in a cover, a box adapted to its size and another box we know as professionals that the helmet protected by 3 different materials, is in no way at risk of being damaged.
Using more than 4 different types of packaging for a single product does not correspond to our policy.

Some difficulties with customs clearance (2 weeks) and higher import fees in Switzerland than expected (fixed fee added by the delivery person in addition to VAT). Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Material conforms to the order and perfect packaging.

I usually buy from your competitors. Nothing to say about the product except that it was not sufficiently protected (no bubble wrap)! Skis in bulk. Not normal in my opinion.

Relatively clean snowboard despite the scratches, quality of the base 0 supposedly waxed and sharpened, it ultimately needs to be redone by professionals!!!!!
