Very good customer service, who answered my question by email in one morning to know the status of my order. Order placed on a Saturday night at 8 PM, order received on Thursday, order including a pair of skis + bindings adjusted to my size and weight perfectly. I recommend this site for purchases and in addition we support a French business so double 5 stars.

Product as described, fast delivery. I just find that the site lacks a bit of information about the products (e.g.: size of the snowshoes, male or female product,....)

Regarding the information on the product, the size and user weight are provided except in cases where the product is one size fits all, thus it corresponds to all types of people.
Finally, most of our snowshoes are unisex, which is why the gender is not specified.

Problem with bindings and after-sales service is clearing customs while the skis have not been used
It seems that you ordered alpine skis to use with hiking ski boots, which does not work. Our after-sales service explained this to you by phone.
We cannot take back the skis that have been drilled according to your indications, as stated when you placed your order.

The delivery person (DPD) is unacceptable. As for Easy-gliss, nothing to complain about, everything was very good. One piece of advice, do not work with this carrier anymore.

My opinion is very good regarding the seller, Easy-Gliss, but the transport is a disaster. 3 weeks to get my package and 6 rabbits placed while I was waiting for them at home... in the end, the products arrived with the packages ripped open (so all products in disarray). Miraculously they seem to work...
As we have already told you, once the package is entrusted to the transport company, we cannot manage the delivery process.
However, we completely understand your dissatisfaction and once again we apologize.
Your package is in good condition and that is the main thing.
