Received more than 10 days after the order (despite the additional delays from Black Friday) no one answers the phone, email exchanges are barely friendly. The only solution found when I expressed my dissatisfaction (it was for a birthday) was the cancellation of the order. I specify that the order was shipped 1 week after payment. And if you don't contact them, no one warns you. Black Friday being every year, why not organize in advance like many other shops of the same kind... this was my first order, there won't be a second! I couldn't give the gift on time!

Regarding the delays due to the numerous orders placed during Black Friday, it was notified at the time of the order that shipping times had been extended.
