Good except for the delivery, we were absent and the package was thrown over the gate resulting in torn packages, fortunately the skis were not damaged nor the bindings. Needs to be reviewed with the carrier....

Great welcome but the carrier was very average. Package delivered with a week delay due to incomplete address (??). Package was redirected and delivered a day early. I happened to be present given the radio silence from the delivery person.
Pleasant site, a lot of choices, order received very quickly.
Skis well packaged, protective plastic film cut just enough for mounting the bindings, bindings well adjusted to the length of my shoes and to the standard release setting, shipped very quickly after the order. Just a small downside (hence my rating 4*/5: this is the first pair of new skis I buy and I didn't know that they needed to be waxed before even the first use, information on this subject would have been welcome I wasn't used to being overtaken in a straight line...
