Well packaged product, fast delivery, superb color, very practical for my daughter's studies, she was delighted, thank you.

Nothing to say about the products, but I was disappointed with the delivery: my change of parcel delivery address chosen by default on the order platform was not taken into account, so the times were incompatible with my work!

Arrived on time in excellent condition

I now use almost exclusively these notebooks and diaries. The different inks erase very well, they are beautiful, solid, practical with their spiral and pen holder!

The product looks interesting, but it's impossible to take notes. The pen doesn't work. What can I do?

Products as described. Price a little high for the number of pages (60) per booklet. Error in 1st delivery, but return/exchange handled by the after-sales service (Chloé) in a very responsive and efficient manner.

Very good value for money

I'm pleasantly surprised, as I have a lot of crossed-out notebooks, with pages that are sometimes illegible :-). With this notebook, I finally have clear notes (since it's easy to erase, correct etc.), and I'm no longer ashamed to take notes in front of colleagues! I have the feeling that I'm more productive as a result. I recommend it!

Expensive product for the quality

I've been using the A5 notebook for over two months now and I'm completely satisfied with it, so I ordered this notepad. I have no regrets about my purchase: it's an excellent product, very pleasant to use and delivered very quickly.

Impeccable product as usualOn the other hand, I regret that when I placed my order, I didn't have the choice of delivery address. You see the proposed relay and the list of other relays after payment, so you can't change the delivery method. If I had seen the list of relays, I would have chosen home delivery.

I bought 2 A6 reusable notebooks. It's great to be able to write whatever comes to mind without wasting paper. You can either keep your notes by scanning them, or erase them when you don't need them anymore. The notebooks are lightweight and don't take up much room in your handbag, with lots of colors and grids/lines available. Purchase confirmed!

In many ways, wasting paper is still a problem. This alternative is ecological, economical (how many sheets of paper, notebooks and exercise books are saved!), and magical for children's enjoyment.

Fast and careful delivery. I've been using it for two weeks now and I'm delighted. The writing is pleasant, erasing is quick with the cloth and a little water. The only downside is that the ink takes a long time to dry, despite waiting for it to do so once erased. Also, be careful where you store it: the ink faded in the heat of my laptop's battery, which had just been switched off.

A second order to test the new collection and the reusable diary? Beautiful products that fit in well with everyday life! Very satisfied, fast and well-packaged delivery, impeccable customer service!

I like your products. I only use the simplest ones (notebooks, small ones for notes and post-its). I no longer use paper for my personal work.

For me, Eco-notebk is the best erasable notebook/diary there is. I've tried other brands but they haven't convinced me. Some require you to use a special pen and can only be wiped off with a dry cloth, just as you would with a conventional slate. After a while, this becomes tedious as the ink ends up "sticking". With Eco-notebk, you can use different brands of erasable pens, which is quite practical. You can erase with the pen's own eraser, with water or even with a hair-dryer. I managed to recover a whole notebook like this that was 3 years old, and it's as good as new! Really, Eco-notebk is a real innovation that deserves to be known and recognized. Given the quality of the product (solid pages, well designed and well thought-out), the price, spread over the years of use, is quite reasonable. I can therefore recommend this brand, among many others, at 200%. With them, you can go ahead with your eyes closed. Serious company, quality products, fast and careful shipping. I think it's a good idea. I'm impressed by competitors who make stone sheets instead of plastic.

Fast shipping and delivery. I bought the reusable diary and the black felt pen. The texture of this "paper" is pleasantly velvety and the double pages for the week are practical. The ink erases very well. It makes you want to change your habits and use this reusable paper.

Pen refills are overpriced, but the papers are sensational.

Compatible only with EFFAÇABLES. So of little interest in the end. And not much choice of tip fineness. Even the Pilot Frixxion 0.5 has too thick a line for my taste.
