It was a great idea! Unfortunately, post it notes are difficult to reuse for confidential information, or even to reuse at all. It's hard to rewrite after erasing (even though the pen came with it, so it's suitable), and it's also hard to reread what's been erased.What I find most disappointing is the customer service. Following a delivery error, they were very reactive, but when I contacted them to talk about this problem of rewriting and confidentiality, there was no response! I find this distressing and unprofessional.

To tell the truth, it's a bit my fault. I thought I'd ordered 10 packs of post-its and not 10 sheets of post-its, so I was very disappointed by this tiny pack and the price I paid. That's it, I won't be recommending them again.

In case you didn't know, each sheet can be reused 500 times, which in your case is equivalent to the purchase of 5,000 standard post-it notes. Customer service will contact you to work out a suitable and satisfactory solution.

After a minor technical problem that was quickly and simply resolved with the after-sales and customer service departments (yes, when something works well, you have to say so, so a big bravo and thank you to them), I was finally able to try out this concept that had interested me for a long time. I now have my all-purpose organization notebook always to hand and my little cleaning bottle, both of which come in very handy because I delete obsolete things as I go along, so the notebook stays very clear and not overloaded! Tested with the pen supplied and other erasable pens with more exotic colored inks, they all work equally well: to erase, all you need is a spritz of water, a wipe and off you go! As the inside keeps its promises and the outside is protected in my bag by the jute pouch, this notebook will last me a very long time! Thanks econotes!

We obtained the signature used and sent it to you. Despite this, we continue to believe in your good faith. To this day, we are still waiting for your declaration of non-receipt of the parcel and the copy of your ID to act on your behalf with Mondial Relay. Brilliant! I love the concept, it's eco-friendly, the writing is fluid, and it only rubs off when you want it to with the back of the gel pens, or even better, with my damp cloth. I'm delighted with my purchase and warmly recommend the brand to my friends and family. I've even talked to my employer about it, because the products are so up to date, of such high quality and, what's more, eco-friendly! I just love them!
