The price is excessive for the product's finish. The spiral is flimsy and I have to tighten it. The covers are neither strong enough nor fixed enough.

I ordered a notebook and stick it. The notebook is nice, but the stick it don't stick except on a pc screen or on the fridge, they don't stick on paper, pockets.... As for the notebook, the interior is top-notch but the cover finish is light for something reusable.

These reusable post-its are a great idea, and yet I'm disappointed :(. Once I've used and erased the post-it (5/5 for this aspect, it wipes clean with a damp cloth), I'm having the time of my life trying to write on it again.... The pen (adequate, I received it with the post-its) doesn't "mark" anymore, I have to press like crazy to get a semblance of ink to mark :(... And even if I let the post-its rest for a few days. And as a result, what I've written and then erased continues to show, because it's so engraved :). Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

The material of the pages and the pens don't allow for quality writing, and you can't alternate between a blank page and a line. NB: discussions with Lucie are constructive in finding solutions.

I bought it from the notebook bar to get a notebook with a mix of pages. The notebook itself is very good, but we were systematically asked to buy a pen with it.

I ordered a notebook as a gift. What a surprise !!!! the notebook is small, the pens sold with it are emptying fast and the used pages are already marked after 3 days.

Too bad I took advantage of a discount on the heels of a purchase and I didn't receive the products at the same time, so double the time, double the carbon impact for me and the delivery people.

The concept is great, but the pen wears out far too quickly - I found myself in revision period without ink - the inks of other brands leave marks on the notebook, so I have to wait for my delivery. Otherwise, the product is top-notch and very pleasant to use.

I'm very interested in the principle, but the notes don't erase completely (there are always traces left), and I'm not a fan of the sheet material. Maybe I didn't get enough information beforehand.

The order and delivery went as smoothly as possible. The product is of high quality, but the concept needs some fine-tuning for the erasing process, which remains laborious on a daily basis. It's a shame, because the principle is very interesting!

The ink refills arrived safely, but transport to the Chronopost relay took over a week. The packaging was oversized. A bubble envelope via La Poste to my home would have been more efficient, quicker and cheaper.

Nothing to say about the products, but I was disappointed with the delivery: my change of parcel delivery address chosen by default on the order platform was not taken into account, so the times were incompatible with my work!

Impeccable product as usualOn the other hand, I regret that when I placed my order, I didn't have the choice of delivery address. You see the proposed relay and the list of other relays after payment, so you can't change the delivery method. If I had seen the list of relays, I would have chosen home delivery.

Compatible only with EFFAÇABLES. So of little interest in the end. And not much choice of tip fineness. Even the Pilot Frixxion 0.5 has too thick a line for my taste.

The ink really takes too long to dry (I had to give up notebooks because I couldn't write several pages in a row). I was quite happy with the diary, but in the end it didn't last: even after several attempts with the hairdryer, you can still see what was written before (especially as sometimes the pen catches and scratches the page a bit). By dint of erasing, I can no longer write in certain places (with little stains that don't go away). In short, this is my second year and it won't go any further, which is a shame. The ink also fades very quickly, so you have to keep a stock of it, which can be quite expensive in the end. On the other hand, the paper is really solid

Disappointed with the diary I was looking forward to, the ink drools even when you wait. Customer service sent me refills, less drool but still the same. I've missed the deadline for returning the diary because customer service didn't get back to me in time. (2 emails in 14 days)

Good on the whole, but I ordered the diary and the pens from the brand and I still find that you can see a lot of what was written before (without leaving the writing for a long time before erasing it). I doubt I'll be able to use it for more than three years, which is a shame. Hello, I was all fired up but I'm still a bit on the fence. I'm still waiting a bit and I hope your app will develop quickly.

I'm always disappointed that I can only use the black pen, because the other colors don't erase! If I don't erase my work right away, several days later it has to be done with a hair dryer, and that always leaves traces apart from the black pen.

I bought a Notebook + Pens pack and have been using them for about 2 weeks. The ink dries slowly, which is not suitable for "intensive" use. I have to take notes in meetings or for myself on a daily basis (I work in communications), and find myself stuck at the end of the page waiting for the ink to dry before turning the page... Otherwise, the notebook goes everywhere with me on a daily basis, and despite taking care of it, the protective film on the cover is starting to peel off.as far as erasing and rewriting are concerned, there's nothing to say it works perfectly.in short, a product to be improved in its use, which I'd happily recommend in the future if practicality improves 🙂

One of the diaries has the sheets upside down. I've sent two emails that have gone unanswered, it's not professional.

Very pretty notebook and the ink erases very easily. However, the pages are damaged more quickly than I expected (rubbing with water erased an outline) and the ink takes a long time to dry, so the writing smudges regularly.

The notebook is fine, but the pens get used up very quickly.

Hello, In terms of presentation, I would have preferred the left page for weekdays and the right page entirely devoted to notes. In terms of manufacture, I'm afraid that the cover and springs are not strong enough to last a few years!

3 stars because I haven't really used them yet and find them a bit small.
