Very happy with the heating mask but not with the battery because there is no explanatory notice and I don't know what all these plugs are for. I had a hard time using it and I even went to buy an additional cord that is useless to me!

For now my opinion is average, I bought it on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Small practical tube, does not run. At first the ricil did not sting me, but by the end of the day red eyelids. I will try again later.

Product that did not work for me. Uncomfortable and only heated on one side. Returned within the withdrawal period and refunded without any problem.

I had the old model of mask, which I found much better. The heating surface is reduced, the adjustable tab on the nose is not practical and uncomfortable to wear, the choice of heating time is no longer possible, and the power cord is not practical to plug in. I use the mask several times a day for medical reasons, and all these changes from one version to another have led me to this conclusion of dissatisfaction.

I am generally satisfied but I find that the temperature of the mask at 44 degrees is difficult to assess and in any case is only at maximum at the end of the cycle. Moreover, the protective veil is very stretched after only 10 days of use

The mask heats very little

The emitted heat is far from uniform.

I have difficulty feeling the heat of the mask on my eyes. However, my daughter seems to appreciate it, so I will keep it for her. But I hesitate to get another one for myself.

Received article (basic TE mask) but the two foam pads were detached on the top, a visible line of glue. After strong pressure, they seem to be glued properly, but I can't say if the mask will last over time. It remains effective for incomplete eye closure at night (I had already taken this mask last year but this one had not been waterproof for a few months, the pads having detached just after several months of use)

I don't really see any effect of humidity on my eyes nor any improvement in my dry eye condition.

The product I commented on does not suit me at all. These are eye protections for the night, way too big, "heavy" with a foam that itches me, impossible to sleep with (almost €52 with VAT and shipping costs). Packed hermetically and hygienically, I did not allow myself to request a return and thus a refund.

Several purchases: 1. the USB heating mask = good currently 2. the rechargeable USB humidifier is of poor quality. The "mist" condenses on the top base and clogs the nozzle. As a result, the device gets stuck and stops working. Very disappointing and unusable.

Finally, I find that it's expensive for a product that warms my eyes moderately. The nose stop doesn't fall as it should, so the mask doesn't position itself correctly, which means I hardly get any heat on my eyes and around them. I am really disappointed with my purchase, especially at that price. Moreover, it seems limited in the number of uses, which disappoints me even more. I won't advertise it. So it stays in its box; it's a useless purchase for me given its high purchase price. If you have a solution for me or feedback.

I would have preferred to be able to unplug the mask during the break. In other words, I thought I was buying a rechargeable mask that could be unplugged during use.

My eyes are less dry when I wake up after using this mask. Of course, it's not enough: I also apply a drop of Vismed gel multi when I go to bed and one during the night as prescribed, but it contributes to my comfort. The problem is that the mask degrades very quickly. It's only been three months since I bought it, and I'm afraid it'll soon be ruined... Within the first few weeks, the headband was loosening on its own. Then the foam around the eyes began to detach from the silicone shell, as did other parts of the mask. As a result, the quality/price ratio is not up to scratch.

I've always been satisfied with the various products, which have suited me perfectly. The plastic night mask is unbearable, especially if you sweat, and uncomfortable. I miss the foam ones, but unfortunately the last one is starting to wear out. So if you only offer masks that are unbearable at night, I don't see the point in making them more comfortable for patients.

I am at the beginning of a pulsed light treatment for dry eyes The mask should help I will be able to give more information on the effectiveness of the product in a while.

I was expecting a product that really restores my eyes.

The products are expensive and therefore difficult to reproduce, despite being recommended by my optalmologist for fragile eyes with diseased mebiomus glands.
