I'm glad I made this purchase, as I couldn't stand the drops (tears). So far, I've seen some improvement, even though I've only been using it for a short time. I hope it will continue to improve. One detail: the little cloth inside easily rolls up into a ball, it's simply held by 2 snaps on the sides, maybe it needs something (another snap) to hold it at nose level.
