We had ordered a USB extension cable for the heated eye mask. We wanted to return the USB extension cord because it didn't fit with my plug adapter. Someone told us that we had to pay for the return postage and that we shouldn't have ordered it. Please note that other sites issue return labels where postage is free. I have mixed feelings about it, as so far I haven't had any convincing eye results! The helmet is very light in design, which may be pleasant, but its duration is likely to be limited ...? When you don't have a microwave, it's difficult to use the device. I'm going to buy one and then we'll be able to use the mask to the full.
I bought this mask on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Fast delivery. However, I would have liked to know that the use of the mask was limited in time (750 times). This means that if I use the mask twice a day, it will only last me 375 days. Not a very obvious first use. At the same time, I also bought the extension cord and an extra protection. As for the protection, as it's made of fabric, it goes down. As for the connection, I'll have to buy a rechargeable battery (5V) as mine is insufficient. For the moment, it's not very practical as I plug the mask into my computer. Over time, I'll have to see whether this form of use will benefit me, as I'm going to have a treatment with devices at my ophthalmologist's. On the positive side, as the heat rises to 44°, there's no risk of burns like with a microwave-heated mask. If the heat is unbearable, you can turn it down to either 41° or 39° (button). When starting up the mask, put it on immediately after fitting.
Perfect products but the post office collection is a hindrance (fuel, post offices no longer open every day and in half a day...) for 2 products that can fit in an envelope!!! EVERYONE has to make an effort
There was just one little problem with the order: I only received one box when I had ordered 3, but after calling I quickly received the missing 2.
The mask is fine, but the cleansing discs are too greasy (I-lid'N lash) and you have to wipe your eyelids with a Kleenex afterwards, which isn't very practical! I regret buying the cleansing discs.

The mask is too wide and hurts the nose without being pressed against the lower part of the eyes.

Order received quickly. Good products but high prices
I find the mask takes a very long time to heat up, I can't set it to medium temperature.
Very good, except that they don't know what an ARC (acknowledgement of receipt of order) is.
I did not receive the correct item ordered and had to send it back... fortunately customer service was very reactive and I received the correct order 2 days later!
I haven't had enough time to evaluate the products yet, but the heated mask brings comfort and the SLEEP goggles haven't yielded much in the way of results yet.

I received the moist heat mask but it doesn't provide any moisture so that's a bit disappointing.
The price is very high.
This mask seems to cool much faster than expected. Wet heat perception is also not very evident. Finally, it would be nice to have a case "as standard" for storing the mask.

Great for night use.during the day,it fogs up and you can't see clearly.it's a shame because it's very comfortable.but maybe I'm not using it properly.
