We had ordered a USB extension cable for the heated eye mask. We wanted to return the USB extension cord because it didn't fit with my plug adapter. Someone told us that we had to pay for the return postage and that we shouldn't have ordered it. Please note that other sites issue return labels where postage is free. Despite the positive reviews, which I don't share, I'm very disappointed with the product. The mask is hard to bear, the foam is too high and itchy. No sign of moisture to moisturize the eye. Too bad I believed in it

Very good mask. Easier to use than the heated Bruder. It doesn't burn the eyelids and the temperature is just right. However, it does not heal dry eyes and the function of the Meibomus glands, which is a pity. I highly recommend it.
