I couldn't get it to work at first, you really have to push the USBC plug into the mask and wait for the click, after that it works very well, we'll see over time about its effectiveness but it was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist. However, I find that the USBC plug is difficult to insert and difficult to remove.

I had the old model of mask, which I found much better. The heating surface is reduced, the adjustable tab on the nose is not practical and uncomfortable to wear, the choice of heating time is no longer possible, and the power cord is not practical to plug in. I use the mask several times a day for medical reasons, and all these changes from one version to another have led me to this conclusion of dissatisfaction.
