Good site and videos. Fast and careful shipping. Perfect. I bought the hydrating heated glasses for my 3 year old daughter who has chalazions repeatedly. She keeps them on for about 7 minutes every night, then massages her eyelids and blinks as explained on the EMGIDI website, and uses special products to care for them. My daughter tolerates the mask well and I find it effective if used right away. Otherwise, I find it cools down quickly. But I have no point of comparison. This is the 1st mask I've bought. In any case, I'm not disappointed!

Hello, I am satisfied with EMGIDI products. The only problem I had was that although I had a customer account with them, I couldn't access their site, so I had to create an account for my husband to be able to order. I didn't get any response to my questions sent by email.

The eye mask is great, it's my 2nd, for the moment the other products I haven't tested as soon as I use them I'll give my opinion...and emgidi very serious bravooo for its products, make the site in French and it will be perfect.
