I'd give it the maximum mark, as I'm not fully satisfied with the latest mask, which I have to heat for more than ten seconds longer than the previous one, which was 8 months old. OTHERWISE THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO WAS VERY REACIF AND AVAILABLE. I'm still disappointed by the mask
