A bit difficult to start at first. The cord is a bit short, you need a socket close to where you set up. The fabric that protects the mask is poorly fixed or too large, it gets in the way when putting on the mask

A bit cumbersome device

Several purchases: 1. the USB heating mask = good currently 2. the rechargeable USB humidifier is of poor quality. The "mist" condenses on the top base and clogs the nozzle. As a result, the device gets stuck and stops working. Very disappointing and unusable.

Finally, I find that it's expensive for a product that warms my eyes moderately. The nose stop doesn't fall as it should, so the mask doesn't position itself correctly, which means I hardly get any heat on my eyes and around them. I am really disappointed with my purchase, especially at that price. Moreover, it seems limited in the number of uses, which disappoints me even more. I won't advertise it. So it stays in its box; it's a useless purchase for me given its high purchase price. If you have a solution for me or feedback.

After a few days of use, the product is satisfactory. The constant temperature heat diffusion is a real plus.
