Somewhat mixed overall experience. I placed 2 orders as part of the spring wine event by phone because the purchase through the website was not working. First disappointment, the coveted bottles were no longer available. However, I found happiness in the list of wines offered. The first order went perfectly. I have not yet tasted the bottles but that will not take long. Unfortunately, the second order did not go as planned. Delivery method not respected. I have not yet retrieved my bottles which have been in a post office for a week (not ideal as a storage place for a sensitive product like wine that has a certain number of years). I hope this hiccup will not impact the quality of the tasting. The staff, whether by phone or in-store, were very professional.
