Totally satisfied with the duck (quantity for 4 and quality), its sides and the recipe card, easy to follow and guaranteeing an excellent result. For the rest, excellent foie gras but satisfactory quantity for 2-3 people maximum, just like the pancakes which, on the other hand, did not convince us... Need to plan an additional side which, considering the price of the whole, should have been included in the package.
