I don't understand why I paid 5€ for the check? You just send a PDF file. Instead of printing a product and saying: This is what your product will look like when we go into series production. Other than that, I didn't find any defects. The company responds quickly and is friendly.

I received the bracelets quickly, and it's great! However, the quality leaves something to be desired. The colors don't come out as I'd requested, which is a shame. For the 2nd year in a row, I was very, very worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. 1500 coureurs....not having any news, I called on Friday 27/09 (2 days before the virade de l'espoir and our color run) and was told that the order had been lost...I had to insist that it be sent back to me urgently.
