Fast shipping
Because I ordered one material and another came. When we received the invoice, the material was the same. But later when we received it, it wasn't. I made the complaint afterwards, but it was left at that. Thank you
Beautiful bracelet but delivery time to receive had to get angry with Chronopost for them to deliver on the day of the event. While Europaband had told me that I would receive my package the day before. Really disappointed
4 -6 weeks after payment, I had to inquire when the order would be processed. I had immediately sent a PSF with the transfer details. In response, I received a standard text in English... thank you for providing the proof of payment. As soon as the amount is received, we will ship the goods. I then informed them again that the payment had already been x weeks ago. After that, I received no response, only a notification about the successful shipment. Customer service is different!
Not delivered what was ordered!
I received an order, the product invoice is of quality but my requests regarding the manufacturing were not read nor my request for a proof. Everything is generalized. Too bad I invested €180 in a product that does not meet my expectations.

Ordered items perfect but the delivery time was not respected, as the proof was sent 3 weeks after the order. The package therefore arrived the day after it was needed (Basketball Tournament). What a shame!
Unfortunately not. I received more than 100 bracelets with poor print quality. I made a complaint. I am waiting for a response from them.

Hello, I forgot a number on the phone number to be inscribed on the bracelet. I informed by phone and by email the 2 digits to be added, but my request was not taken into account. Too bad.
The quality of the tokens is good but the bag in which they were delivered was defective and the tokens came out upon delivery.
The package was damaged! The tissue paper inside was completely crumpled! How am I supposed to use this for the guests?!!
There was a problem with the order tracking.
On-site experience is OK despite some previews not working. Super efficient and quick on the proofs, thank you! However, the sales contact is terrible and refuses out of laziness to do the necessary tax paperwork for export. We had to go through a freight forwarder in a hurry to import our equipment on time.
Correct product but persistent defects on 500 silicone bracelets. I think they could have been avoided by checking the customization from the start, especially at this price.

The people who answered my questions and helped me create my design are top notch! On the other hand, my text was too thin and too small, so it doesn't appear on my bracelets. I'm disappointed that they didn't tell me before printing that it could be a problem....
The chronopost did not work ... I was delivered 48 hours late. Even if it's independent of Europaband, it can be a problem if it's urgent...
The quality of the product itself isn't bad, but it's not exactly what we were looking for. We would have liked a sales person to call us and suggest something else. We were prepared to spend more to get something of better quality. Too bad
We had a lot of trouble receiving our parcel, the GLS company was not very pleasant during delivery. We finally received our order, the bracelets are fine but about ten are broken, some during transport as I found pieces in the parcel, but some before the parcel was sent as parts were missing. We are quite disappointed for that. Have a nice day and good luck!
I have received the strips I ordered. However, one of the requested colors is too dark. Indeed, the blue color is too dark compared to the one I requested. I can't read what's written on the band. Best regards.

Order placed on 03/10/2024 at 17h15 I chose UPS 24h delivery because I needed it on 05/10 Mail of confirmation of dispatched on 04/10/2024 at 10h30 Order delivered to the relay point on 07/10/2024 at 12h27 Delivery was to be made to my home but they apparently "could not drop off your package at your address" while I was at home (repairing my gate which is next to my letterbox). they apparently "couldn't drop off your parcel at your address" while I was at home (repairing my gate which is next to my letterbox) The bracelets themselves are very good and I would recommend them but the UPS 24h delivery is a SCANDAL!!!
I don't understand why I paid 5€ for the check? You just send a PDF file. Instead of printing a product and saying: This is what your product will look like when we go into series production. Other than that, I didn't find any defects. The company responds quickly and is friendly.
The color is lighter than expected and my logo has no inscription, the problem is that your preview on the site doesn't really match. I'd like to recommend it, if possible!
I received the bracelets quickly, and it's great! However, the quality leaves something to be desired. The colors don't come out as I'd requested, which is a shame. However, given the very affordable price, I expected this, which justifies my 3-star rating. Had the price been higher, I'd probably have given it 2 stars.
For the 2nd year in a row, I was very, very worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. 1500 coureurs....not having any news, I called on Friday 27/09 (2 days before the virade de l'espoir and our color run) and was told that the order had been lost...I had to insist that it be sent back to me urgently. I finally received the parcel on Saturday morning (even though chronopost had sent me 1 e-mail telling me that the parcel would arrive on Monday 30/09).
I wanted glow-in-the-dark bracelets and the ones I received are not.
