This review concerns the CARRIER! After receiving a delivery message while WE WERE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, we check our mailbox: NOTHING! We call to find out where our package is: over 23 EUROS IN PHONE CHARGES (THANK YOU!!!) and we still don't know more... After several days, a neighbor (same house number as us but DIFFERENT STREET and DIFFERENT NAME) brings us our package, luckily he didn't keep it!!! For a package that was supposed to be handed over in person WITH CODE, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Moreover, the carrier had our mobile number (certainly eager to finish his route to go home), it's so much easier to put the package in another mailbox, the customers just have to figure out how to retrieve it. But these same customers also work and have other things to do!

A bug told me that my order was not placed. I received an email from EUROABAND saying payment error. So I placed an order again. 3 hours later I received a new email from EUROABAND telling me that the first order was actually placed so they charged me for both orders. I sent the screenshots to EUROABAND to explain. They still printed both orders pretending not to see the email. They do not want to issue a refund. Also, the second order was cheaper because I did not take the BAT option. But on my bank statement, it appears that they charged me the same price even though the order and the invoice are cheaper, outrageous.

I received an order with the completely wrong bracelet color. My first order arrived with the correct bracelet color, but my second order with the same design and colors placed few months later arrived with 600 bracelets of a completely wrong color. I asked to reprint them with the correct color or send me a refund as I had an event to launch my company, but the customer support of europaband replied that is not their fault because in the comment section I did not specify the pantone. I replied that at the time of the creation of the wristband on the website, when I have to select the colour it asks me for a HEX code, not a pantone. You should be asking directly for the Pantone during the creation of the design, and not putting a note saying that is recommended to write it down in the comments. No additional replies from Europaband. I will not order again from this company, and will not recommend it to my network.
