Quality is not good
Satisfactory order but reception too long although announced by fast mail, one week of difference between the mail of delivery and the real delivery!!!!

Good but impossible to put a logo
Hello, As explained in my e-mail, we have received our order. I just wanted to inform you that the bracelets do not conform to the validated proof. I had asked for the logo to be as close as possible to the adhesive strip, and this is the proof that I validated. Unfortunately, this was not the case. And that's out of 21,000 wristbands ordered!
Although the delivery address was my home, I still did not see my parcel being delivered. I had to make a difficult search to find out that it had been delivered to a shop;
The site is good except to make the test model, no preview possible with the insertion of a logo or drawing.
Why two simply because I ordered bracelets and the postage was more expensive than the product.
The person placing the bracelets in the envelope would have to know how to count to 500!

Delivery time of one week far too long, especially for an order paid for in advance. The service is not commensurate with the cost of advance payment. The alternative of payment via Paypal is not possible either, as Europaband charges the customer the fees they are contractually obliged to bear.
I ordered 2000 printed bracelets, but the logo I'd put on them doesn't appear on the bracelet. I had remarked that I hadn't had a test to see if it matched my expectations.
A deliveryman who doesn't bother to ring the bell for a delivery costing almost 10€ ???? You have to drive 10 kms yourself to pick up your parcel, with time constraints.
They didn't send me a proof before sending as planned, and as a result, the logo is off. Too bad, because the product looks great!
It's a pity it's not better indicated on the site that the bracelets are made of paper.
The logo was very very small on the bracelet and the paper is thinner than other bracelets.
On your site you say you send an e-mail to the customer to validate the order, which included an image. However, I never received anything and the order was validated directly. Misleading advertising? An oversight? That doesn't sound very serious! Fortunately, the product was delivered as ordered.

The logo is hidden by the bracelet itself. You would have to be even more lateral to not hide it.
Order delivered on time but I find the shipping costs too high.
Very random delivery. A direct contact with either you or UPS is made very impersonal by the use of "robot". This is very regrettable.

This is the third time we've used europaband and for the first time we're disappointed, firstly because of the color of the bracelet, which we wanted to be gold and which is instead mustard, and secondly because of the delivery. I had specified the days and times of delivery but this was not respected.
0 delivery service! The driver calls me to tell me that he has too many customers to deliver and that he will leave my order in a relay point!!!! 10 € for a delivery like that you have to change service provider!
Delivery time not respected and unfortunately no information from customer service... our order would have been sent to another customer! In addition, on receipt some badges did not work.
Quite good, however I do not find it normal when two orders are placed 2 minutes apart and you send 1 package that includes both orders and you do not deduct the transport of 1 order.

I RECEIVED IT VERY LATE, THEY LOST MY FIRST ORDER, THE COMMUNICATION WITH THEM IS HORRIBLE, THEY BARELY RESPOND TO EMAILS, YOU CAN'T CALL THEM ON OR ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THEY HAVEN'T MET THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE REPLACEMENT EITHER.
The colors advertised and those received are not at all the same.
I had to call 3 times for my order to finally be shipped!
The people are extremely nice, only my ups delivery at 22 euros the next day was not respected by the carrier. It's a shame...
