Hello, I am very disappointed with the quality of the chokers (stitching, product quality, texture,...) and the customer service with a big delay on my order and a more than average response to my complaint. Having already ordered a few years ago, I can see the deterioration in service and quality.

It was perfect. But the best thing was the service and the professional and pleasant treatment of Hortense. Bravo.!!!!

Perfect choker printing. Contact with the Europaband follow-up service was efficient and friendly. On the other hand, and it's not Europaband's fault, there was a big problem with Chronopost delivery: 2 postponements because they supposedly showed up and we were "absent" (which was totally untrue!!), only to leave the package, partially torn, on the first floor (our offices are on the 2nd floor). Fortunately nothing was damaged, but really a deplorable service from Chronopost. In short: Europaband: 10/10 - Chronopost: 0/10!

Super quality, but delivery in Switzerland a bit slow. Months of waiting.

Just a downside, UPS never showed up and after 2 days dropped off our urgent parcel at Cora's after-sales service.
