Reactivity and simplicity
Intuitive site, fast delivery (ordered on Monday at 1.20pm, delivered the next day before 3pm).
I've been ordering from them for 2 years now and I've never had a problem and the products are top quality! I will continue to order from Europaband!
They sent me different bracelets than the ones I ordered. They did NOT respond to my request for a refund.
It was a bit complicated to find my way around all the possibilities for personalized bracelets, and I wasn't at ease with the personalization information to be sent. I was able to exchange information by e-mail, and my questions were quickly answered. The end result is very nice.

I'm delighted, my bracelets and goblets are exactly as I wanted them. Very good quality, with a respected design. I was immediately guided to the site to make my creations, and the person who took care of me did a great job. I received everything quickly, within the recommended timeframe. I really recommend it, especially as the prices are very reasonable.

Hello, As explained in my e-mail, we have received our order. I just wanted to inform you that the bracelets do not conform to the validated proof. I had asked for the logo to be as close as possible to the adhesive strip, and this is the proof that I validated. Unfortunately, this was not the case. And that's out of 21,000 wristbands ordered!
Although the delivery address was my home, I still did not see my parcel being delivered. I had to make a difficult search to find out that it had been delivered to a shop;
Apart from Amazon, this is the first time I've seen delivery in 1 working day. Thank you team!
