I was asking nicely to be sent the invoice of my order with my company's cif, and they never attended me. It is as if there was no one on the other side. Company not recommended at all

I'm not happy, because UPS didn't deliver my order, I'm still waiting... They say they left it in the mailbox but nothing arrived in my hand, I'm disappointed.

They sent me different bracelets than the ones I ordered. They did NOT respond to my request for a refund.

It was a bit complicated to find my way around all the possibilities for personalized bracelets, and I wasn't at ease with the personalization information to be sent. I was able to exchange information by e-mail, and my questions were quickly answered. The end result is very nice.

Hello, As explained in my e-mail, we have received our order. I just wanted to inform you that the bracelets do not conform to the validated proof. I had asked for the logo to be as close as possible to the adhesive strip, and this is the proof that I validated. Unfortunately, this was not the case. And that's out of 21,000 wristbands ordered!

Although the delivery address was my home, I still did not see my parcel being delivered. I had to make a difficult search to find out that it had been delivered to a shop;

Apart from Amazon, this is the first time I've seen delivery in 1 working day. Thank you team!
