Lack of communication on shipping but otherwise received my order fine.

I work in events and they are the worst quality fabric wristbands I know of. The service is non-existent they do not answer emails or calls. Don't waste your money and don't jeopardize the quality of your event.

The logo was very very small on the bracelet and the paper is thinner than other bracelets.

Fast service. The parcel relay is perfect except for UPS, which has to invest in equipment at their expense (100€) to recover only 30 ct per parcel, i.e. 334 parcels to recover their stake!

Non-respect of the proof - customer service telling me it doesn't matter (we all know how important logo colors are on event bracelets!). Impossible to get a correct production or a refund. 200euros in express delivery lost... I don't recommend it!
