I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from Europaband. I ordered 100 vinyl wristbands for one of my events, but the color I wanted wasn't available. I was contacted the same day by the customer service manager, who was extremely reactive and responded to my request immediately. In just a few minutes I was offered an alternative solution that suited me perfectly. I placed my order on Sunday for an event the following weekend, and have already received the bracelets! (Express delivery). Great job, keep it up!
