After discussing the design of the bracelet by email with one of the Europaband specialists and concluding which exact design was going to be used for the bracelet, I received my order of bracelets, which had been produced without having taken into account at all the design concluded during the email exchange. I don't recommend this under any circumstances if you have any clarifications to add by email. Very disappointed.

On a previous order, I was very satisfied with the product, so I confidently recommended it, which is called loyalty. However, the bracelets don't have a counterfoil, and this is not indicated on the explanatory leaflet. What's more, the numbering doesn't follow. This is very annoying for my association's accounting department. I called the after-sales service and was simply told that it's like that, that you've changed supplier and that's it...I wouldn't recommend you any more... I'm very disappointed.

Hello, As we discussed over the phone, the counterfoil and consecutive numbering are not mentioned at any time on our site. For quality reasons, we have in fact changed the manufacturer for these bracelets and by default, they no longer have a counterfoil. These are options that we can set up on request, but which are not available on our website. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but you can't hold this against us, as the bracelets conform to the description on our website.

I placed an order on Wednesday 04/10 for 900 bracelets. This order was confirmed by the workshop the same day, allowing me to receive it at the end of the week (Wednesday 12/10 or Thursday 13/10). Only I didn't receive it until the following Monday. A humanitarian project was behind the order, which jeopardized a scheduled event... What's more, some of the bracelets weren't engraved and no commercial gesture was made...
