I have been ordering for over a year I believe for my mom and until this last order I was very satisfied but had some issues with this last order.... the delivery took a bit longer, over 10 days which is not a big deal in itself but luckily I anticipate....

the text on the product and finding it again to reorder is not clear. I see nowhere on the packaging the content mention of 41 l

Order made with a supplement for discreet shipping (two euros more). But received without discreet packaging. Furthermore, after a complaint and request for a refund of this amount, nothing has been done to date. Commitments not respected. Not serious

Delivery OK. However, I would like the capacity of the protection to be clearly stated on the site for each item. The drop system is worthless because each brand has its own scale and therefore nothing can be compared.

Good site highly recommended to new customers. The only downside is the DELIVERY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO GO UP TO YOUR FLOOR OR WHO NOTIFY THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE WHEN THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED IT AND ON TOP OF THAT SIGN IN YOUR PLACE TO HAVE A SO-CALLED PROOF EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT YOUR SIGNATURE. Apart from that, the merchant is correct, the site is secure, but they should review with their carrier because it is them who do not do their job and some associate them with merchants who have nothing to do (BAD DELIVERY PERSON ESPECIALLY CHRONOPOST WITH WHOM I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM TO THIS DAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE)

The chosen delivery location during the order was not respected causing inconvenience for the pickup. I believe it is not correct to change a choice made by the customer without any notice and without giving the customer the possibility to choose another pickup point that is convenient for him.

Delivery with 10 days delay

I am very satisfied with the shipments with which I have no problem, but I have needed customer service several times and there, their responses take several days with a tone bordering on insolence. I am a regular customer and I did not like that at all.

Delivery quite slow

The company is responsible for the timely distribution of products; however, the hiring of the distribution company has exceeded a week for the second time, even though they have the product in their possession within a couple of days.

the tape on the package needs to be better. so a minus, when you want discreet transmission. but otherwise it was fast shipping and easy payment through pay pal

My experience was not precisely in the water. It served to contain and not damage the clothing. I tried it in the shower beforehand and my opinion is that it will hardly contain incontinence in the water under a swimsuit.

Good in terms of prices but delivery time very very long, even really too long. According to the conditions, shipping in 24 hours, which is totally false!

I have not yet received my order, but the managers are not at the level of EUROPE INCONTINENCE: their DPD delivery service is below EVERYTHING, I have only had problems with them when they are in charge of a delivery.

Great site for products and choice but service through BRT couriers in particular is terrible. On Friday, I think to save money they delivered 2 boxes packed together to pay less but the weight reached 35 kilos and no logistics center would pick it up. The previous shipment has yet to arrive and I am waiting for a refund. Not a positive judgment

Products are compliant but it took 8 days between the order and delivery, which is long. I had to buy some at the pharmacy for an emergency, even though it was indicated that products were available and deliverable within 24 hours.........far from reality and I am questioning a new order.

They didn't want to change the size of the pants

The order took 2 weeks to arrive, the website said that shipments were made in 24 hours, I don't know the cause of the delay.

Very bad, no responsibility. Customer service absent... product not received for more than a month, no refunds.

It's a shame to have to pay an extra fee for discreet parcel delivery; for this type of product, it seems normal to have neutral packaging by default.

Everything was going very well for 2 years I regularly placed an order that reached me very quickly (3 or 4 days)....and my last order from the end of November 2023 took almost a month to reach me ???? I am questioning what to do next!!

I bought MOMICATE protections supposedly 10 drops and that is absolutely not the case. I am really disappointed.

I must say that for the previous 2 orders I placed I would have given 5 stars and for this one I give 3 stars and not one. Order paid by bank transfer on November 28 and consisting of three items: one arrived early, the second only on December 18, the third has not yet been delivered! It shows a delivery attempt but that is not true, there is always someone at the shipping address. Also, checking the order status on the site I find DELIVERED while one of the three items I have not yet received.

It's a hassle that until the country is entered, the real price of what you want to buy and its shipping costs are not known. This can make you reconsider whether to buy something or not... It's a hassle that they don't do home deliveries without having to pay extra, especially if part of their customers are elderly or have physical problems. Although I understand that it has its side of raising awareness about the extra cost of bringing things to the door. I had to buy without being able to read reviews from other users and I would have liked to know what other buyers thought. I would have liked to have much more information about the products, such as how they are sewn or how to wash them better and their specific pattern and dimensions, and the materials, more detailed. Choosing the correct size, with the info from the website, was really impossible for me. I found myself having to buy two sizes knowing that one would not be suitable. That doesn't seem right to me. But the diapers are quite good and they notify you when you can go pick them up via SMS.

Order placed on October 20, expected for the 28th. They attempted delivery on October 31, but I wasn't home. No notice or alternative delivery date. Contacted europe-incontinence to cancel the order and still no response.

Always too long to receive the package. DPD, the order leaves from Belgium, goes to Beaune then goes back to the Belgian border instead of the order place. We are told to pay attention to pollution. I think we want to laugh. Too bad because it's a great site.
