Delivery with 10 days delay
What a slow delivery! It is totally not what was communicated via the site or in the purchase confirmation... And about which there is no communication.
Long delivery time and poor communication
I am very satisfied with the shipments with which I have no problem, but I have needed customer service several times and there, their responses take several days with a tone bordering on insolence. I am a regular customer and I did not like that at all.

Delivery quite slow
The company is responsible for the timely distribution of products; however, the hiring of the distribution company has exceeded a week for the second time, even though they have the product in their possession within a couple of days.
The tape on the package needs to be better. so a minus, when you want discreet transmission. but otherwise it was fast shipping and easy payment through pay pal
Arrived very late when it said 24/48 hours. High shipping cost for that service.
Very long delivery times
My experience was not precisely in the water. It served to contain and not damage the clothing. I tried it in the shower beforehand and my opinion is that it will hardly contain incontinence in the water under a swimsuit.
The product does not seem to contain my child's urination. After washing, it is difficult to dry by hanging it on a clothesline. I thought I would reduce the number of my laundry but so far I am disappointed

I have not yet received my order, but the managers are not at the level of EUROPE INCONTINENCE: their DPD delivery service is below EVERYTHING, I have only had problems with them when they are in charge of a delivery.
Received defective product, reported this, sent the requested photos, and there would be inquiries made with the manufacturer. Subsequently, no response for 2 weeks now. Great site for products and choice but service through BRT couriers in particular is terrible. On Friday, I think to save money they delivered 2 boxes packed together to pay less but the weight reached 35 kilos and no logistics center would pick it up. The previous shipment has yet to arrive and I am waiting for a refund. Not a positive judgment
Products are compliant but it took 8 days between the order and delivery, which is long. I had to buy some at the pharmacy for an emergency, even though it was indicated that products were available and deliverable within 24 hours.........far from reality and I am questioning a new order.

I must say that for the previous 2 orders I placed I would have given 5 stars and for this one I give 3 stars and not one. Order paid by bank transfer on November 28 and consisting of three items: one arrived early, the second only on December 18, the third has not yet been delivered! It shows a delivery attempt but that is not true, there is always someone at the shipping address. Also, checking the order status on the site I find DELIVERED while one of the three items I have not yet received.

It's a hassle that until the country is entered, the real price of what you want to buy and its shipping costs are not known. This can make you reconsider whether to buy something or not... It's a hassle that they don't do home deliveries without having to pay extra, especially if part of their customers are elderly or have physical problems. I had to buy without being able to read reviews from other users and I would have liked to know what other buyers thought. I would have liked to have much more information about the products, such as how they are sewn or how to wash them better and their specific pattern and dimensions, and the materials, more detailed. Choosing the correct size, with the info from the website, was really impossible for me. I found myself having to buy two sizes knowing that one would not be suitable. That doesn't seem right to me. But the diapers are quite good and they notify you when you can go pick them up via SMS.

Very bad service
Always too long to receive the package. DPD, the order leaves from Belgium, goes to Beaune then goes back to the Belgian border instead of the order place. We are told to pay attention to pollution. I think we want to laugh. Too bad because it's a great site.
