Impeccable, just annoying to have to sign for the delivery. We have a parcel area where we do not sign. It would be great if we didn't have to sign. Thank you

On the merchant site, nothing to say, however the products have changed, they have become of poor quality.

Delivery deadlines not respected, box, paying for discretion (too bad) and damaged upon arrival (this is the second time in a row that it arrives damaged), for the changes increasingly thin (too thin), next order I will take another model.

Delivery date scheduled between July 11 and 12...BUT package received only on July 16. Really very unfortunate. Otherwise, content OK.

Deliveries are always late compared to the communicated deadline.

The delivery did not go as planned, received 2 packages one by carrier and the other by Chronopost, otherwise the products are fine.

I purchased from this site and give three stars for the simple reason that they have a very high amount to reach for free shipping and also for a simple package for privacy they want about €2 as a fee, there are better sites.

Delivery problem always late not as expected on the order day

I have been ordering for over a year I believe for my mom and until this last order I was very satisfied but had some issues with this last order.... the delivery took a bit longer, over 10 days which is not a big deal in itself but luckily I anticipate....

The text on the product and finding it again to reorder is not clear. I see nowhere on the packaging the content mention of 41 l

Delivery OK. However, I would like the capacity of the protection to be clearly stated on the site for each item. The drop system is worthless because each brand has its own scale and therefore nothing can be compared.

Delivery time quite long, sent in advertising box

The chosen delivery location during the order was not respected causing inconvenience for the pickup. I believe it is not correct to change a choice made by the customer without any notice and without giving the customer the possibility to choose another pickup point that is convenient for him.

Delivery with 10 days delay

What a slow delivery! It is totally not what was communicated via the site or in the purchase confirmation... And about which there is no communication.

Long delivery time and poor communication

I am very satisfied with the shipments with which I have no problem, but I have needed customer service several times and there, their responses take several days with a tone bordering on insolence. I am a regular customer and I did not like that at all.

The company is responsible for the timely distribution of products; however, the hiring of the distribution company has exceeded a week for the second time, even though they have the product in their possession within a couple of days.

The tape on the package needs to be better. so a minus, when you want discreet transmission. but otherwise it was fast shipping and easy payment through pay pal

Arrived very late when it said 24/48 hours. High shipping cost for that service.

Very long delivery times

My experience was not precisely in the water. It served to contain and not damage the clothing. I tried it in the shower beforehand and my opinion is that it will hardly contain incontinence in the water under a swimsuit.

The product does not seem to contain my child's urination. After washing, it is difficult to dry by hanging it on a clothesline. I thought I would reduce the number of my laundry but so far I am disappointed

Good in terms of prices but delivery time very very long, even really too long. According to the conditions, shipping in 24 hours, which is totally false!

I have not yet received my order, but the managers are not at the level of EUROPE INCONTINENCE: their DPD delivery service is below EVERYTHING, I have only had problems with them when they are in charge of a delivery.

Received defective product, reported this, sent the requested photos, and there would be inquiries made with the manufacturer. Subsequently, no response for 2 weeks now. I asked last week if there was any news and if I could return and exchange the product for another brand, but it remains silent. Responding faster and properly resolving defects or complaints would be better. For now, this was the first and last time I ordered there, I am still waiting for a solution.

For the last two orders, I receive a message that my order is not completed, the amount is 89.70 while I paid 80.40 as usual!! I ask why?, no response!! I receive the email that my order is taken into account and the payment made!! Why this abnormal order email??
