My order did not arrive at the requested pickup point but in two separate boxes, one at a pickup point not chosen 15 km from my home and the other at a pickup point I chose in replacement of the initially selected pickup point, which was not available. Europe Incontinence is not to blame, I believe, I think the mistake comes from Mondial Relay, which does not update its pickup points and then messes up deliveries like this one...

The order itself was fine, it's the delivery. I received a phone call, I told the delivery person that I was at the doctor's, and to my surprise, they knocked on the door of the medical office while I was in the middle of a discussion with the doctor, and there was the delivery person asking for a signature. Very long delays
Why this rating, change the delivery company otherwise I will no longer order from you, Mondial Relay delivered the package 40 km from my home, unacceptable
I purchased from this site and give three stars for the simple reason that they have a very high amount to reach for free shipping and also for a simple package for privacy they want about €2 as a fee, there are better sites.

Not bad but delivery times too long.
I have been ordering for over a year I believe for my mom and until this last order I was very satisfied but had some issues with this last order.... the delivery took a bit longer, over 10 days which is not a big deal in itself but luckily I anticipate....
