Fast delivery. But due to my mistake, returning the order is impossible because you do not offer a return to a relay point, the only means of transport that could have been used. Delivery to you by a classic carrier is too expensive. So I will keep the order and give it to a nursing home, they will certainly be happy. Following the return, I was thinking of ordering other products but you dissuaded me. I regret it but I think there are efforts to be made on the commercial level. Best regards,

The shipping was a disaster, it took a long time, with a week delay.
My first order was delivered to my home in a single package consisting of two cartons of adult diapers, one huge and heavy package. For my second order, I decided to have it delivered to a relay point thinking it would be delivered the same way. I chose a relay point near my home, a few days later, I received an email informing me that the chosen relay point is closed (which is false, I passed by, it is indeed open), I chose a second relay point, I received another email saying that this second relay point is closed, I chose a third one, another email saying that the relay point is closed (it's an AUCHAN, it is not closed) and my package will be delivered to a fourth relay point. I ended up receiving an email informing me that my package is both at AUCHAN and at the fourth relay point (meanwhile Europe Incontinence informs me that my package is delivered to the first relay point I had chosen, the carrier did not find it necessary to inform Europe Incontinence of the aborted delivery). So I went to AUCHAN where only one carton was waiting for me, I went to the fourth relay point where the second carton was waiting for me. Europe Incontinence defends itself by explaining that home delivery is handled by one carrier and delivery to relay points by another, and each does a bit as they please, for handling reasons it is very conceivable to have two separate cartons (if I had ordered 10 cartons, I would have seen a pallet arrive!!!), however a bit of rigor regarding the carriers would be welcome (if I had had 10 cartons delivered to a relay point, would I have had to travel all over the city to reconstruct my order?)
Order placed and received without issue. Just a small downside, if you don't choose a discreet package supplement, everyone can know the nature of the order, and slightly long delay for an order in France.

Delivery that leaves from Belgium to go to Beaune and then return 10 km from Belgium, carbon footprint too high and delivery time too long, otherwise everything else is fine
