Regarding the fabrics, some of our competitors buy a few pieces of fabric in bulk to resell them at discounted prices; given the great diversity we offer, this is not a business practice we can consider.

In this type of situation, please do not hesitate to contact us directly: this allows us to study your request together and see if we can get closer to the price observed elsewhere, or at least find a balanced solution.

Our main goal remains your satisfaction and the possibility of supporting you as best as we can in your decoration project.

You are absolutely right, and we fully understand your disappointment. Your order took a long time to arrive, and the color you chose was ultimately not available, which is not normal.

Regarding your request for a refund, our customer service is particularly responsive and answers all requests. We have not received any requests from you either by e-mail or by telephone.
