I ordered a racket but I didn't know which size to choose or what stringing, a bit technical all that! So I called customer service and got answers to all my questions, a super friendly welcome, the person took the time to measure the handles of the rackets they had in stock so I could compare with my old racket. They even printed the skull design that was on the original photo on the stringing. Top service! My racket is great and it was delivered two days after I placed the order.
