A bit disappointed to have had a racket out of specs that completely changes my feelings compared to the test model

Order of a racket with stringing, the stringing was not done. I would not recommend this site.

Delivery with long times and miserable packaging to use a euphemism, product conforms to the description, but the stringing is not satisfactory for my standards, the strings arrived with a tension lower than that requested in the order, blame the stringer or the packaging that subjected the strings to shocks, temperature and humidity fluctuations, I cannot say. I don't know if I would buy again definitely not without the guarantee of different packaging and faster delivery times.
I did not have a "shopping experience", I simply ordered a product online! We need to get back to reality! I was delivered without prior warning, in fact I authorized the carrier by phone to drop off the package at my home. Serge

The shoes are beautiful but there is no way that the indicated house number is not mentioned multiple times in the registration. I had to go crazy looking for a courier number. Then, after my email, you forwarded everything to GLS but this should not happen.

Hello, I did not receive my entire order due to not checking the items that made up the order
The order went well but the racket is at the limits of tolerance, 295g instead of 290g. It’s not the store's fault but since I asked to string the racket I can't change it. For non-exchangeable items, there should perhaps be a minimum weight check...
I received my order on time, it was complete. But I had requested a 4-knot stringing and I got 2 knots... Other than that, everything was fine.
Big problem with reception… Relay point no longer part of the list…

Shoes squished one on top of the other without stuffing inside to keep the shape! the box was poorly closed as if it had been reopened!! apart from that, shoes meet my expectations, we'll see over time!!

Hello As you know I received a racket unstrung while I had requested it strung I had to call and the manager made up for it by offering me a commercial gesture.

I received what I ordered (racket strung by them) but I had given them details about the stringing in the comment of my order. I wanted to get the string packet back. I didn't get it, I don't know why. Well, I have a small idea but they could have told me. I didn't find that correct.
The package was well packaged but there are many scratches on the machine bought new as well as marks as if it had already been used.... not super happy
