Hello, Very satisfied with my experience on the site and the exchanges. However, I want to point out that the quality control of the rackets (head in this case) is unacceptable. I will go have the SW tested, but wanting to sell a high-end product with a racket that is 9 grams heavier than the indicated specs (309 vs 300) is indecent and misleading for the customer because with such discrepancies, playability has nothing to do with it.
