Usually I receive quite quickly, the last order arrived a week after I ordered. Otherwise, nothing to say about the quality
I was promised 10g as a gift and I did not receive it in addition to the order, even though I had the confirmation.
The flower smells very good. The flower was really dark, it crumbled immediately in the hand.. the flower should have been light green or dark but not brown.. it looked a bit past its prime. Sorry

I bought 100gr of big bud and the grass was not dry so I dried it and in the end 70gr was dry. I wouldn't recommend it again.

5 stars for customer service and product quality, 1 star for prices. So 3 stars on average. I had finally found a variety that suited me perfectly at a low price, but the price suddenly went up by almost 90%. The response from customer service was "the old price was wrong and we've just realized it". Okay. To my great regret, I'm changing site, the prices are too high even with the 30% discount.

I'm very disappointed because the quality of the trim has dropped with each order over the last two years. I had a bag full of seeds, then twice I had only powder in my bag, and now in my last order I have branches cut into very small pieces full my bag. There are little heads on these branches, but I've never seen so many branches in the middle of the heads. If this keeps up, I'll have to find another supplier for my cbd.
I order CBD oil from the same brand as the pills I bought before. When I received the package, I realized that it was CBD BROAD SPECTRUM! oil, whereas the pills were FULL SPECTRUM. As a result, even with a 50% discount, it's just as expensive as in the store next door, and in Full Spectrum. In short, a real rip-off, because nowhere is it clearly specified. If you say you sell CBD oil, Full Spectrum is much better: you can't feel the thc, which is almost nil, but you can feel something!

2 stars for product quality and catalog diversity, BUT the last 2 deliveries didn't pass the precision scale test, i.e. are under the 25g mark. Budda Zen at 24.32g, Gorilla Queen at 24.07g, and Blue Dream at 23.49g. The basis of confidence in such expensive products (4600 /kg...) is respecting the grammage as closely as possible. I'd urge quality control or bagging operators to be more vigilant in this area, as I've missed out on a total of nearly 6g for my last 2 orders...
It's a shame that the last trim control is a little too dry, with a few branches.
I ordered the Gelato in 20gr The taste and relaxing effects were well present however I am surprised by the smallness of the heads whereas one takes this grammage precisely to have beautiful heads and moreover they were really very very dry And then no small word nor of attentions (sheets, 1gr of discovery, candies, images) like on other sites what is not too commercial unfortunately. However, the product wasn't bad.
I am used to ordering, but on my last order the quantity was not respected! So disappointed!

I'm sorry I ordered so much for the first time, as I only had 10g left. But I was pretty sure of the CBD purple product I'd already bought in the store but from another brand. The earthy, slightly damp taste didn't appeal to me. The purplish flowers were grey compared to other, much better packaged products. I didn't like the effects of the product, which is supposed to be 20% normally perceptible, but here ===> FLOP!!! Imperceptible, almost unpleasant for me. This herb didn't do me any good at all without going into details. Better a 0.02% well done than a 20% perhaps badly conditioned...! So I understood the 10g to sell... I won't buy again. Too bad the reviews really encouraged me to buy but no reviews since 2021 apart from one satisfied review in 2022.
I received 10 grs instead of the 25grs ordered... I will contact them... I think it's a mistake...because until now I had nothing to say. Sincerely
