I ordered from Famous CBD based on a recommendation, but I am very disappointed with my experience. Upon receipt, the contents did not meet my expectations at all: mostly branches and crumbs, with an additional 10g missing from the order. I have tried several times to contact customer service, without success: calls unanswered, email bounced back, and no response to my message via the contact form. Several days have passed and I still have no news. Very bad experience for a first order.

I was promised 10g as a gift and I did not receive it in addition to the order, even though I had the confirmation.

I paid 3 euros more to have it delivered to my home but the delivery person couldn't find it, I live on a main street, it's not complicated. I had to pick up my package at a relay point several kilometers away. Moreover, the quantity received was less than what was requested.

I have received the order, I thought I was entitled to a gift but that was not the case given my order, I want to apologize for complaining unnecessarily. Fast and careful shipping. Excellent products. Nothing to complain about.
