The installation is easy and the product is of good quality. A little problem with the colored magnetic board. In fact this one is not magnetic it is added to the black magnetic board. So if your magnets like the ones I have for my son (numbers and letters from Oxybul) are not strong enough they will not magnetize well on the support. So we only use the chalkboard (which is very good though). Too bad.

We are aware of your first e-mail to which we replied on April 5, asking you to send us some photos which you sent us in the same time.
When you read your notice, you did not receive my second reply after sending the photos.
A quality control is indeed performed by our cabinetmaker. However, as indicated in my email, wood being a natural material, it can happen that there are differences in color and finish between 2 shelves.
Concerning your remark on the price: our shelves are made in France in quality oak with a central groove to be able to put a card, a photo, a poster... Robust, durable and decorative, our shelves are very popular with our customers.
I have forwarded your photos to our cabinetmaker and I am waiting for an answer from him concerning the fact that the wood is a little more stained on the other shelf due to the knots in the wood that are more present on this part. As soon as Vincent gets back to me I will let you know.
