Received damaged
I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered, we take particular care in the packaging of our orders. However, it can happen that during transport the product is tossed around and therefore a little damaged. Normally, by sticking your Ferflex® on a smooth surface your product will stretch and thus erase any imperfections due to transport. If this is not the case, I invite you to send me a picture.

The product is a very good idea but upon receipt, the top of the castle was bent during shipping and appears "broken". It is a shame that this shape was not packaged better.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you encountered, we pay particular attention to the packaging of our orders. We have done several tests and the current rigid and rectangular packaging is the one that best protects our products. However, it can happen that during transport the product is tossed around and therefore a little damaged. By sticking your castle on a smooth surface, the product should be tightened. If this is not the case, I invite you to send me an email to [email protected] with a picture. I am sure we will find a solution.

2nd wallpaper that I buy, I find this wallpaper great, it allows you to display what you want on the wall without damaging the wall and the photos hold very well with the tape! Bravo for this great idea 🙂

Great product, easy to install and nice charcoal gray. It's a pity that the cutting edge has two irregularities in the middle. For the price it costs, we would have expected a flawless product.

I bought for my daughter a magnetic wallpaper in the shape of a house, nothing to say it's very nice and easy to install! However, I was a little disappointed with the animal magnets which are very flat and therefore difficult for a child to grab.

Excellent! The only problem is that my wallpaper is a little bit grainy, I thought it would be fine, but when I woke up I saw that it wasn't, so I had to put in 2 little nails, but otherwise it was great!

I had ordered a house sticker and a cloud sticker and I received instead of the cloud a whale... It's a shame but the whale is pretty so we went with it. For now we haven't put them up since the painting has just been done. I hope we will be satisfied until the end!
