Satisfied with my products but roll-ons poorly packaged, the whole city leaked in the package.
We are sorry for this mishap with your roll-ons. First of all, this can happen during transport and/or storage, if the box is turned over and if the temperatures are high. On our side, we cannot review the packaging. Rest assured, they remain perfectly usable after a little cleaning, so as not to waste the wax (more than 3/4 remaining). And to ensure your complete satisfaction, we will send you 10 cartridges with your next order, as agreed during our previous exchanges.
