Always usually satisfied but since the last 2 orders I am a bit disappointed. Products arrived broken in the package, request for posters not included in the package, an order of over 500€ and no gifts, samples or anything... I find that the quality of the products is great but disappointed with the quality of the service and no response to the emails sent...

Regarding the broken products, if you are referring to the Jolie Môme, please know that we sent a new bag on November 7, 2024, following your report. If you noticed breakage on your orders from March 2025 or June 2025, we invite you to contact us directly so that we can examine your situation and find a solution.
For the posters, they need to be added to the cart when placing the order, as they are shipped separately with a specific label. Since this was not done, your request was unfortunately missed. We have sent you an email to arrange a shipment with pleasure.
Regarding the samples, the AGEC law (Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy) requires us to send them only upon explicit request to avoid waste. Please feel free to request them during your next order.
Finally, for the gifts, they are sent according to our available stock. You received a pair of socks at Christmas, and we hope to pamper you again soon.
