I have received my package two times at least a week late. This was not the case for more than two years. I find myself in the awkward position of having to urgently buy wax 45 minutes from my home... it's a pity because the products are great afterwards.
Thank you for your message and your loyalty. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you have experienced delivery delays that have put you in a difficult situation; this is really not what we want for our customers.
After checking, I would like to provide you with some clarifications, as the delays for the last two orders were actually within the usual standards:
June order: placed on Friday, June 6 (after the carrier's departure), shipped on Monday, June 9, picked up by the carrier on the 10th, and delivered on the morning of the 13th. The delays were therefore respected.
May order: placed on May 5 in the late afternoon (also after the departure of the packages), shipped on May 7 (because on May 6 we exceptionally did not make any shipments - information clearly indicated on our social media).
May 8 being a holiday, the carrier picked up the package on May 9. A delivery attempt was made on Monday, May 12, but it seems there was an inability to deliver (perhaps you were closed that day?). The delivery therefore took place on May 13, which is within a reasonable timeframe given the context.
I still understand that these delays may have bothered you, especially if you were counting on a quicker reception.
To optimize shipments and avoid this kind of issue in the future, here are some tips:
Place your order before 12:00 PM for same-day shipping;
Prefer the beginning of the week, as orders placed on Friday are picked up but remain stuck at the sorting center all weekend and only leave on Monday.
We always do our best to meet deadlines, but holidays, weekends, or certain periods of high traffic can sometimes slightly extend them.

Always usually satisfied but since the last 2 orders I am a bit disappointed. Products arrived broken in the package, request for posters not included in the package, an order of over 500€ and no gifts, samples or anything... I find that the quality of the products is great but disappointed with the quality of the service and no response to the emails sent...

Regarding the broken products, if you are referring to the Jolie Môme, please know that we sent a new bag on November 7, 2024, following your report. If you noticed breakage on your orders from March 2025 or June 2025, we invite you to contact us directly so that we can examine your situation and find a solution.
For the posters, they need to be added to the cart when placing the order, as they are shipped separately with a specific label. Since this was not done, your request was unfortunately missed. We have sent you an email to arrange a shipment with pleasure.
Regarding the samples, the AGEC law (Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy) requires us to send them only upon explicit request to avoid waste. Please feel free to request them during your next order.
Finally, for the gifts, they are sent according to our available stock. You received a pair of socks at Christmas, and we hope to pamper you again soon.
