No review for the product as it has not yet been installed, but on the reception side I was expecting a nice little note along with the probe. Nothing, just the probe and the instructions! I would have liked to have received a friendly wink in the packaging or in the mail.

Hello I am unable to use the probe. Having a vaginal dryness, it's impossible to try it. I went to see my midwife and she gave me an ointment to see if it works. I have to wait a few days to try again.

You can tell right away that this is a serious product, and the case is very practical. It's easy to use. In addition to the classic games, I would have liked to see the visualization exercises that the sache femme teaches us to do. I'm well aware that the probe can't measure the tone of each perineal muscle independently, but in terms of support and motivation, it would have been beneficial to have this thread running through it, which allows for a more detailed re-education.

I ordered twice by mistake and cancelled. I did not receive the second package but I was not reimbursed for my second order. Thank you for your reply.

Not at all obvious, not enough explanations, we don't know how many times to do the exercises, or which ones to start with, in short there are more things to explain!

The probe is not sensitive enough, and its calibration leaves a lot to be desired. You mustn't contract the perineum when the probe is calibrated, otherwise the exercises become unfeasible, and you won't be able to do any of them. Compared to exercises with a physiotherapist, there's nothing to compare. With a physiotherapist, the probe is hyper-sensitive and detects all contractions as well as their intensity. With the Emy probe, this is far from being the case.

Damages for postage and customs clearance

I haven't had enough time to give an opinion on the results yet. However, if I use lubricant, the probe moves too much (even springs back) and the exercises are ineffective.

French instructions needed

I'm testing the product I bought, it doesn't seem to work well, but I want to be sure before I make my opinion official.

Knowing if it's the right contraction: not easy, but the exercises are always encouraging.

No satisfactory results

Many things need to be improved. Both the probe and the "games". I do not recommend this product.

I'm disappointed, it's very difficult to set up and despite my diligence, the results aren't there.

Great product! Simple and pleasant to use. Very effective. It makes my weekly exercises a game. The big surprise and disappointment came from the customs charges I had to pay on receipt, which were not mentioned when I ordered!

I can't connect?

Design the emy so that it does not slip out. Design the customer service in such a way that the customer is taken seriously, read the customer's description more closely and then respond adequately.

Product unusable because not ergonomic and adaptable. It is not physiologically adapted to penetrate easily into the vagina so the exercises, although very playful and well done, do not work.

I was thinking of getting a reeducation probe with stimulation to avoid going to physio or sf.

Technology works poorly. Connection with cell phone does not work. Service answers are those that are in the FAQ and therefore do not help individually.

Normally shipped quickly, there was a problem with the delivery of my parcel... I should already be in possession of my probe and not be waiting for it, and now I see a discount for sales of 50... in short, I'm disappointed.

It's great to get feedback on the tensioning. The bar helps a lot with this. Games in general great idea to make it more fun and time goes by faster. Game eg hammer throw does not fit to tense. Since eg lifting the ball is much more appropriate. App is unfortunately very confusing. I do not really know where to start and find the menu below rather confusing. A clear start eg to get to know Emy would be helpful. I am unsure about the position of Emy - is she sitting correctly at all? An introduction with tensing and relaxing would be helpful. Also don't even know what was good or bad. Is a trophy good? Are there only the 3 known medals? This is good for the motivation and nicely meant but you want to know what you are at. So there is also somehow a lack of structure.

I still haven't received my package.....so I can't evaluate the product. I had to fill in a questionnaire for the post office....and I'm still waiting.....

I did receive the probe? it doesn't charge properly and I haven't been able to speak to the customer service...answering machine in place without being able to leave a message, a first e-mail and the answer doesn't correspond to my expectations, a second e-mail and I'm waiting...I think it would be easier to explain by telephone! I'm obviously disappointed and I hope a solution will be found.... until then.

The concept is great, but for our generation, born with a game boy in our hands, the animation of the games is poor.

Quite disappointing, the Bluetooth disconnects very often even though my phone is right next to it. For the price, the device could come with a power socket and a small pouch for storing your equipment.
