The app is unresponsive, you can only tap forward, the backward arrow does not work. The user manual cannot be retrieved a second time. The app is not mature.

Delivery has never arrived. I paid via Paypal. I would be happy if the pelvic floor trainer arrives.
The probe's charge does not work. It takes at least three hours to charge and discharges in a few hours even if not used. I have already sent an email for a product exchange but have received no response.
The plug does not fit my Samsung, I couldn't do my rehabilitation.
The probe does not pick up my contractions well, knowing that I am doing my rehabilitation with my midwife and everything is going well, I contract well. With this probe, I have to squeeze my thighs to play the games when that shouldn't be the case.

The device did connect to my phone but kept disconnecting, which made the exercise pointless as it kept interrupting. I restarted both phone and device and used as instructed but always the problem. The shape of the device is also uncomfortable to wear. All in all, I am dissatisfied for the price!
I don't understand the instructions, I lack explanations. When do I have to pull together, when do I have to let go? I also don't understand the rating. For me, the device often doesn't want to connect to the Emy app, but when I start from the beginning, it suddenly works.

I can't connect the probe to my cell phone. What's more, I thought this purchase would give me free access to perineal exercise software. But, no, it's not free and I feel like I've been cheated.
