Yes, it's an important aid for improving the perineum muscle. As for me, I only use the probe every other day, because it's a constraint at my age (83). It helps me to correct my exercises and follow-up! I've had good results: I only get up two or three times at night (before, I used to get up at least 6 times, and sometimes I couldn't hold it in).

I haven't tested emy yet, the parcel wasn't delivered to my home but to a post office relay point. I've just taken possession of it.

I've been using emy for a few days now and I can already feel the results: much less weight and no more leaks. I highly recommend this probe and especially the application.

The playful side, when I had to do exercises "in a vacuum", was not at all motivating!
