I like the variety of the exercises. However, it's not easy to stay motivated over time to do the exercises regularly. I think the progression chart could be clearer.

I find that focusing on the exercises is more effective than the electrical impulse probes. It would be nice to have more play to change the daily exercises.
I like fun exercises. I'd like to know more about my progress when there is any.
I am 80 years old and I have a grade 2 rectocele. For 2 months I have been diligent because I would like to avoid surgery. The results are not conclusive for the moment. The bio feed Black helps me feel my perineum better.
Very good rehabilitation material. Good results require consistency and perseverance. Excellent medical equipment for perineal rehabilitation.

Everything is very well designed, the exercises are varied and attractive, and the results are encouraging!
Perfect!
I like to know where my progession is, even if I can see that it's not very precise. That's fine with me! When I did my "manual" perineal reeducation with a midwife, she had other types of exercises, and explained to me which muscle we were working on. She showed me diagrams and the exercises were based on visualization. I think it would be possible to adapt this type of exercise.
Not precise enough to evaluate yourself and monitor your progress from one session to the next. You don't know where you stand in the progression. A bit simplistic in my opinion.
