Hello, I've only had this probe for 6 days, but it's very similar to the exercises I did at the physiotherapist's. I really like it, except that I don't understand it. Had over 100 games and I only have 9. And I'd like to know if you can do 30 minutes every day? Sincerely

Difficult, however, to situate oneself in relation to a standard and to know what the margin for progress is. A very interesting and effective tool if you have prior knowledge of perineal rehabilitation and the various compensations to be avoided.
